philosophy: merging passion, intellect and expression...
Paschall Arts is my company. It is also an expression of what I believe in, what I feel and what I hope to accomplish using whatever talents I have been given. My focus is two-fold: (1) Providing high quality, creative leadership development experiences for people in organizations and (2) developing and expressing my creative talents in writing and music. In many ways, these two paths meet, cross and divert again away from each other. In all ways they are a complete and honest representation of my Self.

The images in the Paschall Arts logo are taken from ancient Southwest cultural mythology. They speak to me because of my heritage growing up in that part of the world. Together, they represent my three major areas of activity.
The wolf is a protective and hunting animal. In fetish lore, the wolf is the teacher and pathfinder, on a never-ending search for survival. At Paschall Arts, the wolf represents learning.
The mountain lion is also a powerful protective and hunting animal. The mountain lion represents leadership and resourcefulness.
Kokopelli is perhaps the best-known fetish symbol in Southwest culture. Musician, magician and storyteller are his contributions. At Paschall Arts, he represents creativity and the arts.
